Before Your Appointment
- Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours.
- Review medications or supplements with us.
- Plan your treatment around important events.
- Eat and drink normally before your appointment.
- Discuss pregnancy or breastfeeding with your provider.
After Your Treatment
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
- Avoid massaging the treated areas unless directed.
- Avoid facials, saunas, and excessive heat for 24–48 hours.
- Do not lie down for at least 4 hours after treatment.
- Monitor injection sites and contact us with any concerns.
- Book a follow-up if recommended.
